At Apex Kollectiv, we want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, our returns process is designed to be clear and straightforward.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for products that are unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging.
- Special order items are non-refundable, as these are ordered specifically for you.
- Products that arrive damaged in transit (to or from the customer) can be refunded or replaced if reported within 14 days of delivery.

Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.
- If you’d like us to arrange collection, just let us know—we’re happy to assist:
- £15 for a parcel up to 10kg in the UK. (please contact us for an exact cost).
- £35 for larger items such as exhausts in the UK (please contact us for an exact cost).

Refunds
- Refunds are issued once the returned item has been inspected and confirmed to be in resalable condition.
- Products returned in non-original, damaged, or used condition will not qualify for a refund.
- If your product is faulty due to a manufacturing defect, it may be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period and conditions vary by manufacturer, and may be reduced by misuse, incorrect installation, or motorsport use.
If your order is cancelled or refunded, you are responsible for returning the goods to the address provided. Return costs are at the customer’s expense unless the product is faulty or damaged in transit.
