What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit card - Amex, Mastercard, Union Pay, Visa & more. In the near future we plan to add Klarna to our payment otions.

What is your return policy?

Can I change or cancel my order?

You may be able to cancel your order if it has not been dispatched yet, and if it is not a cutom order item for you. To discuss cancelation of your oder please email us on info@apexkollectiv.com

Once orders are shipped a retun procedure must be followed.

How do I install my products?

Most of the prodcuts we sell will come with fitting instruction and/or manuals.

If you do feel comfortable in installng the products yourself, then we advise to seek help from and experienced professional.

Apex Kollectiv may be able to advise you on suitable instaltion partner, please message us for details.

Do you offer warranties on your products?

Yes, warranty is offered on all products we sell based on the manufacturers policy. Please check the warranty section on each individual product page for specific details.

We do not offer extended or additional warranty above and beyond the manufacturers warranty.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, as well as domestic in the UK, we ship internationally with DHL all over the world. If you have some items in the basket the online store will calculate the cost once you provide the shipping

How can I track my order?

Once you order is placed you will receive a confirmation email that will have link to your order status page.

You will also be able to access all your order details and tracking information through your account.
