Akrapovič Slip On Line Titanium Exhaust for Volkswagen Golf GTI Mk7

The Akrapovič Slip On Line Titanium Exhaust brings the materials and finish of a premium performance system to the Volkswagen Golf GTI Mk7.

The full titanium construction reduces exhaust weight by 3.0 kg in Akrapovič’s published comparison. This moves the assembly from 10.8 kg to 7.8 kg, while two carbon-fibre tailpipes provide a distinctive finish at the rear of the car.

The manufacturer records gains of 3.0 kW at 4,600 rpm and 7.2 Nm at 3,750 rpm. These figures relate to the specified test vehicle and the complete exhaust configuration.

Sound development gives the GTI a deeper sporting note, while the revised gas path supports the engine’s exhaust flow. The result is an upgrade with an identifiable acoustic character and a clear focus on materials and craftsmanship.

This is the ECE-approved Slip On version for the relevant Mk7 GTI application. Approval applies to the specified complete configuration; changes to connecting components or the downpipe should be checked separately rather than assumed to retain it.
