The G54 20 mm Billet Wheel Spacer with 4 x 100 PCD is designed for applications requiring a more significant change in wheel position, whether for appearance, clearance or chassis setup.

At 20 mm thick, the spacer moves the wheel 20 mm outward from the hub. This creates a substantial increase in effective track width and allows the wheel to sit much further towards the outer edge of the arch.

For lowered cars and vehicles with conservative factory wheel offsets, this can dramatically improve stance. It can also provide useful additional clearance between the inner wheel and suspension, brake or chassis components.

The spacer is manufactured for a 4 x 100 PCD. PCD stands for Pitch Circle Diameter, the measurement used to describe the wheel bolt pattern. A 4 x 100 configuration uses four wheel fixings located around a circle measuring 100 mm across.

Despite the increased spacer thickness, G54 has worked to minimise weight. The part is CNC machined from 6082 aluminium, with strategic pockets cutting away material wherever it is unnecessary.

Removing this excess mass is important because the spacer rotates with the wheel and sits on the unsprung side of the suspension. A lighter spacer helps reduce the performance penalty associated with adding weight at this location.

A hub centric mounting profile maintains accurate wheel location and ensures the spacer sits positively on the hub. Tapered openings guide the bolts into place during wheel installation, while side pockets are incorporated to provide access for removal.

Anodising protects the spacer against corrosion caused by moisture, brake dust and road salt.
