For drivers looking for a noticeable improvement in wheel stance without moving to an extreme fitment, the G54 15 mm Billet Wheel Spacer with 5 x 120 PCD provides a strong balance of appearance, clearance and lightweight construction.

The spacer increases the wheel offset position by 15 mm outward from the hub, widening the effective track and bringing the wheel closer to the outside of the arch. On many vehicles this gives a more planted, purposeful appearance and can help make aftermarket or factory wheels look better proportioned within the bodywork.

The spacer is drilled for a 5 x 120 PCD. PCD means Pitch Circle Diameter and describes the wheel fixing arrangement. Five wheel bolts are positioned equally around a circle measuring 120 mm in diameter.

Every G54 spacer is precision machined from 6082 aluminium billet. This material offers the strength required for chassis and wheel related components while allowing considerable weight saving compared with heavier designs.

Machined pockets are used throughout the spacer to remove material that is not required structurally. The aim is to keep additional unsprung and rotating mass as low as possible, helping preserve the vehicle's responsiveness.

A hub centric interface ensures precise location on the hub and provides the wheel with an accurate centre. This is important for both security and smooth running, particularly at higher road speeds.

The wheel bolt apertures incorporate tapered entrances, making it easier to find the thread while installing a wheel. Purpose machined pockets around the outer circumference also allow easier removal during brake, suspension or hub servicing.

To cope with the harsh environment behind a road wheel, the aluminium is anodised for improved corrosion resistance.

The 15 mm size can also provide useful extra room between the inner wheel and suspension or brake components, making it a practical option when changing wheel specification or upgrading other chassis components.
